This is what we do with your information when you order from us, and how you can see or delete it.
Who we are
AshPine is run by Shashank and Prajwal. Questions about your information? Write to ashpine@knhash.in.
What we collect, and why
- Your WhatsApp number and name, so we can reply and know whose order it is.
- Your order message, so we know what you want to buy.
- Your delivery address and location, so we can bring the order to the right place. We use it only for the delivery, not to track you at other times.
- That your advance payment arrived, and how much, so we can start the order. You pay in your own UPI app, so we never see your UPI ID, bank, or card details.
Marketing messages
Sometimes we will send you offers over WhatsApp. Reply STOP to turn them off — you will
still get messages about your orders. We do not sell or share your number with other companies.
Who we share your information with
- WhatsApp and Meta, because that is how you message us. They handle your messages under their own privacy policy.
- Anthropic, whose AI reads your order to turn it into a list. They do not use your messages to train their AI. A person, not the AI, handles your payment and order.
- The person who delivers your order, who sees your name and address to find you.
We do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your order details until the order is done and any refund is settled, then delete them. We keep your marketing choice until you change it.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your information, or nominate someone to do this for you. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, complain to us, and then to the Data Protection Board of India. Write to ashpine@knhash.in.
Keeping your information safe
Only the person running the shop can see your orders. We keep as little as we can and limit who can reach it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
