Q. How much training do you have?
A. Abysmal. This is a rags to riches story unfolding over a month. My previous 5k was an embarrassing 43 minutes. I will train from scratch - like go buy myself some running shoes first - scratch. My goal is a modest 30 minutes. That’s doable, right?
